Tribute to Archbishop Benson Idahosa:

Archbishop Benson Idahosa was a man greatly used by God in his generation. Millions of people were ushered into the Kingdom of God through his multifaceted ministries and churches. God used Archbishop Idahosa to root out the worship of idols and graven images and to destroy the powers of witch craft and satanic worship in Africa and in Nigeria in particular.
Benson Idahosa was a man approved by God through the countless signs and wonders that accompanied his ministry. He was used by God to raise 28 people from the dead. During his mass crusade that attracted crowds of over one million people in a single service, the lost were saved, blind eyes were opened, crippled walked, deaf ears were opened, and people with diverse sicknesses and diseases were healed through the anointing of God that was upon his life.
Archbishop Idahosa was a man of faith. Every thing he accomplished for God was done by FAITH. Every project he embarked upon in most cases was started without money in view, yet he saw the completion of those projects through the divine provision of God.
Archbishop Idahosa was the founder of Church of God Mission International, Inc. based in Benin City, Nigeria. Archbishop Benson Idahosa pioneered the establishment of over 5,000 churches in Nigeria, Africa. He was the founder of All Nations For Christ Bible Institute, Benin City, Nigeria, Benson Idahosa University, Faith Medical Center in Nigeria President of Idahosa World Outreach, and President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN).
In his life time, Archbishop Idahosa took the gospel to 143 nations. The late Archbishop Idahosa operated in the five-fold ministry as a:
- Prophet He represented God before man.
- Apostle Served in Apostolic ministry to the nations of the world.
- Teacher Taught the word of God with wisdom and revelation.
- Pastor Pastored the fifth largest church in the world in his time.
- Evangelist Conducted mass crusades and personal evangelism that ushered millions of people into the Kingdom of God.
Benson Idahosa hosted his daily and weekly "Idahosa and You" television and radio program for 20 years, reaching millions of people in Africa and impacted lives in the Muslim territories. He authored many books and his audio tapes and videos are a tremendous blessing to the body of Christ.
Idahosa held degrees from Christ for the Nations, Dallas TX, Word of Faith College, Oral Roberts University, and the International University of Brussels, Belgium. He was married to bishop Margaret Idahosa. They have four children.

Bishop Margaret Benson Idahosa was consecrated and appointed as the Presiding Bishop and the general Overseer of Church of God Mission International after the Home-going of her beloved husband Archbishop Benson Idahosa.
Dr. Margaret is a woman of great faith and patience. As a female, wife, mother and minister she is part of the virile, vibrant and dynamic Pentecostalism sweeping trough the world.
Dr. Margaret Idahosa is the President and Founder of Christian Women's Fellowship International (CFWI) one of the largest attended women's conference in the world. CWFI was founded in 1974 and has branched in Africa, Europe and Asia. Additional branches are being established in North America and Australia.
CFWI held its first convention in August 1975 with several thousands in attendance. The conference was successful in teaching women how to please their husbands, care for their children, basic home management, the woman's importance in the body of Christ and how to present the Christian virtuous women to their communities. Most important of all, many women received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
Dr. Idahosa frequently ministers on the importance of the home and family. She also has a special anointing to minister to women who are believing God for children. As Bishop Idahosa ministers, she shares her own personal testimony and teaches women how to believe God and stand on His word.
Dr. Idahosa is a popular speaker and has spoken at countless seminars and conventions around the world. She is an anointed vessel and many experience God's glory as she delivers the uncompromised Word of God.
Bishop Margaret Idahosa received a Certificate of Ordination in 1984 as a member of the Clergy-Osborn Foundation. She is also the recipient of a Doctor of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Margaret Idahosa is the wife of the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa. The Idahosa's have four children; Feb, Ruth, Daisy and Freda.
